Park Ridge Soccer Club

Through this registration, you will register for TOPSoccer, provide player and guardian information, sign waiver forms, and submit payment.  

• Players must register online in advance in order to participate.
• Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  
• To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 
• Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Park Ridge Soccer Club.

TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association coaches and volunteers. This program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any child age 5 and up who has an intellectual disability or physical impairments.
 

PRSC TOPSoccer Camps - Summer, Fall, Winter/Indoor & Spring:

• Each camp is staffed by Park Ridge Soccer Coaches and Trainers and assisted by youth volunteer Buddies.
   
• By registering (NO fee), your child may participate in all 4 TOPSoccer camps which includes Summer, Fall, Indoor/Winter and Spring.  This registration is free.
• In addition to this online registration, please print and fill out the Illinois Youth Soccer medical release form (click to open this form in a separate window).  This form must be completed every year and needs to be turned in at the first session.
• A Physician Medical Form is required for all player's with Down's Syndrome. Please print and fill out the PRSC Physician Medical form (click to open this form in a separate window).  This form must be completed every year and either turned in at the first session or scanned and emailed to Almir Hot (ahot@prsoccer.com).
